Monthly Prize Draw -Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 June 2026


These Terms & Conditions govern the Skyline Voyages VIP Club Monthly Prize Draw ("Promotion"). By registering as a Skyline Voyages VIP Club member under an eligible promotional campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:


"Eligible Promotional Campaign" means any advertisement, email campaign, social media promotion, website promotion or other marketing activity operated by Skyline Voyages Limited that expressly states that registration qualifies for entry into the Skyline Voyages VIP Club Monthly Prize Draw.


"Eligible Registration" means a valid registration completed by a new member through www.skylinevoyages.com in response to an Eligible Promotional Campaign during the applicable promotional period and accepted by Skyline Voyages Limited.


"Entry" means one valid and accepted Eligible Registration submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

"Monthly Prize Draw" means the promotional prize draw conducted by Skyline Voyages Limited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, subject to the minimum qualifying number of Eligible Registrations being received.


"New Member" means an individual who has not previously registered as a Skyline Voyages VIP Club member using the same email address or other identifying information.


"Prize" means the prize or prizes advertised by Skyline Voyages Limited for a particular Monthly Prize Draw.


"Promotion" means the Skyline Voyages VIP Club registration promotion together with the associated Monthly Prize Draw.


"Promotional Month" means the calendar month during which an Eligible Promotional Campaign is active and during which an Eligible Registration must be received to qualify for the relevant Monthly Prize Draw.


"Promotional Period" means the period commencing on 1 June 2026 and continuing until the Promotion is amended, suspended or withdrawn by Skyline Voyages Limited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


"VIP Club" means the Skyline Voyages VIP Club operated by Skyline Voyages Limited, providing members with travel offers, promotions, newsletters, holiday inspiration and other marketing communications.


"Website" means www.skylinevoyages.com.


"Winner" means the eligible entrant selected at random in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the context otherwise requires:

  • Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
  • References to a person include an individual, partnership, company or other legal entity.
  • Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

 

1. Promoter

The promoter is Skyline Voyages Limited ("Skyline Voyages", "we", "our" or "us").


2. Eligibility

2.1 Membership of the Skyline Voyages VIP Club is free.

2.2 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional campaign.

2.3 Employees, directors and immediate family members of Skyline Voyages Limited are excluded from participating in the prize draw.

2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.


3. How to Enter

3.1 Entry into the Monthly Prize Draw is available only to individuals who:

  • respond to an eligible Skyline Voyages promotional campaign; and
  • successfully register as a new Skyline Voyages VIP Club member through www.skylinevoyages.com during the promotional month specified in that campaign.

3.2 Existing VIP Club members are not eligible for entry unless expressly stated in a future promotional campaign.

3.3 Only one entry per eligible new member will be accepted for each promotional campaign.

3.4 Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be disqualified.


4. VIP Club Membership

By joining the Skyline Voyages VIP Club, members agree to receive:

  • Exclusive travel offers;
  • Personalised holiday deals based on their selected travel interests;
  • Travel news and inspiration;
  • Invitations to selected promotions and special offers.

Members may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Please note that unsubscribing before the relevant prize draw takes place will remove the member from eligibility for future prize draws.


5. Monthly Prize Draw

5.1 The Skyline Voyages VIP Club Monthly Prize Draw commences on 1 June 2026.

5.2 The first prize draw will take place on 31st July 2026, or at the earliest opportunity thereafter, provided the minimum qualifying entry requirement has been achieved.

5.3 The Monthly Prize Draw is open only to eligible new VIP Club registrations received during the applicable promotional campaign.

5.4 A minimum of 50 eligible new registrations is required before a prize draw will be conducted.

5.5 If fewer than 50 eligible registrations are received during a promotional month:

  • no prize draw will be held for that month;
  • all eligible entries will automatically be carried forward into the next promotional period; and
  • entries will continue to be carried forward until the minimum threshold of 50 eligible new registrations has been reached.

5.6 Once the minimum qualifying number has been achieved, a prize draw will be conducted from all eligible entries accumulated during the qualifying period.

5.7 Eligible entrants whose entries have been carried forward do not need to register again.


6. Prize

6.1 The prize offered may vary from one promotional campaign to another and will be described in the relevant promotional material.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated:

  • prizes are non-transferable;
  • prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative;
  • Skyline Voyages Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.


7. Winner Selection

7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable prize draw.

7.2 The winner will be notified using the email address supplied during VIP Club registration.

7.3 If the winner:

  • cannot be contacted;
  • fails to respond within 14 days of notification;
  • is found to be ineligible; or
  • declines the prize,

Skyline Voyages Limited reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

7.4 Skyline Voyages Limited's decision regarding the administration of the draw shall be final.


8. Promotional Period

8.1 Skyline Voyages Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or withdraw the VIP Club Promotion and/or the Monthly Prize Draw at any time where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to):

·      unforeseen operational circumstances;

·      technical failures;

·      regulatory or legal requirements;

·      fraud or misuse;

·      circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Skyline Voyages Limited also reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material amendments will be published on www.skylinevoyages.com.

8.3 Where reasonably practicable, any eligible entries received before a promotion is withdrawn or suspended will remain valid for any draw Skyline Voyages Limited elects to conduct, unless prevented by law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


9. Personal Information

9.1 Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with Skyline Voyages Limited's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

9.2 Travel preferences supplied by members may be used to personalise future travel offers and communications.

9.3 Skyline Voyages Limited will not sell personal information to third parties.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Skyline Voyages Limited accepts no responsibility for:

  • registrations not successfully completed due to technical failures;
  • internet or communication interruptions;
  • lost, delayed or corrupted data;
  • circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.


11. Publicity

11.1 By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Skyline Voyages Limited may publish their first name and county (or equivalent area of residence) on its website and/or official social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner and administering the Promotion.

11.2 If a winner objects to their details being published, they should notify Skyline Voyages Limited when accepting the prize. Skyline Voyages Limited will consider such requests and, where appropriate, limit publication to the extent permitted by law.

11.3 Skyline Voyages Limited may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities or other competent bodies where legally required.


12. General

12.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement relating to this Promotion.

12.2  If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Failure by Skyline Voyages Limited to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
